This is an interior renovation converting unassigned basement space into an educational auditorium having a seating capacity of 124 seats plus 4 wheelchair spaces. Special structural provisions were made for the floor, which dips beneath the basement level at one end to accomodate a slope. The ceiling in the pre function area was vaulted to increase the headroom and apparent volume of the space. |
