This proposal was prepared as part of a design-build team effort. The City/County Building houses Detroit's municipal offices. The City is contemplating the relocation of its offices, providing an opportunity to lease out the building. The objective of the design proposal is to give the building a fresh image with curb appeal in order to attract potential tenants. |
