This proposal responds to the client's requirement to generate a 1,250 unit residential community with a gross floor area of 148,600 m2 (1.6 M sf) along the south side of Eglinton Avenue East, just west of Wilket Creek Park.

The community masterplan is comprised of four towers ranging in height from 28 to 40 stories. The site is accessed off of Eglinton Avenue, leading up to a forecourt encompassed by a stepping arcade screen. At either end is a three-story lobby pavilion which provides entry to each of two towers. Centrally located between these pavilions is a community center serving the entire community.

The arcade which links the community together provides for a change in grade so that underground parking is hidden behind it. Access to the garage is provided at either side of the community center, between it and the lobby pavilions.
