This 43,000 s.f. facility was formed by two healthcare institutions in Flint in order to provide state-of-the-art cancer treatment in the surrounding region. It is built upon an existing underground radiation therapy center.

Program facilities include Medical Oncology Clinic, Radiation Oncology Clinic, Infusion Center, and Administrative Offices

The lowest level, being the Garden level, opens onto a recessed garden to the east as seen to the right. Two new stories were added on top to form a completely new building. The primary exterior materials are two toned burnished block and metal panel. The main entrance features a glazed atrium with a water wall at the garden level to allow elements of nature to penetrate the interior spaces.

Every opportunity has been taken to maximize daylight into the building.
