As part of the Oak Ridges Condominium Development, the clubhouse will serve as a community focus for the site. Its architectural vocabulary speaks to the traditional stately character of Oakville.

The mass of the 2,180 m2 (23,450 sf) structure is divided into two by separating the wet and dry areas from each other. The two-story high indoor pool and whirlpool area with open ceiling, is expressed with its own roof on the south end of the building. To the north, the main entry leads to a cathedral ceiling lounge and dining area, complete with fireplace and bar.

Located below are recreational facilities and a wine cellar which serves the dining lounge. Half a story up from the lounge is a billiards room surrounded by a sundeck. This space offers privacy, sunlight, and a vista across the site and down the ridge to the river.
