The site for this development is a 1.078 ha (2.663 acre) lot at the southeast corner of one of Toronto's most exclusive residential areas. To the south is a wooded ravine, to the east, a private residence, and to the north, the property boasts a 500 ft. frontage along Post Road.

The massing of this unique 25 unit condominium residence is a response to the particular character of the area. Two four-story "manor houses", dressed in stone and stucco, are juxtaposed next to each other, and shifted so as to maintain clear sight lines past one another. A central lobby links the two and frames a grand view to the ravine.

The gross floor area is 13,935 m2 (150.000 sf).
