The objective of this design feasibility study was to evaluate the potential of redeveloping Rogers Cable T.V.'s existing Guelph site to accomodate a retail/office component as well as a studio and new HUB facility where the cable signal is processed and distributed.

The series of images examines variations in materials and colors. The lower area is the retail's center while the offices are located in the upper mezzanine level.
